All photographs, video footage, drone images, twilight imagery, and related media ("Media") produced by Scarlet Cardinal Studios, Inc. are the exclusive intellectual property of the company and are protected under United States copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code) and international copyright treaties. Copyright is not transferred with purchase, unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Upon full payment, clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered Media for the sole purpose of marketing the specific real estate listing depicted. This includes usage in:

• MLS listings

• Real estate platforms (Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, etc.)

• Brokerage and agent websites

• Social media marketing

• Print materials related to the property listing

• Third-party real estate portals and services

This license is valid only for the duration of the property’s active listing period and automatically expires upon sale, lease, or delisting of the property unless otherwise extended in writing.

• Media may not be resold, relicensed, or transferred to third parties (including builders, designers, stagers, contractors, or subsequent listing agents) without a separate licensing agreement and written consent from Scarlet Cardinal Studios, Inc.

• Alterations to the Media, including filters, cropping, overlays, or unauthorized editing, are strictly prohibited without expressed permission.

• Drone footage and video productions are licensed under the same terms and may not be excerpted or repurposed for other projects or properties.

• Unauthorized use of the Media constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including but not limited to, retroactive licensing fees and statutory damages

Extended use (e.g., for builder portfolios, commercial advertising, press, editorial use, or relisting with a new agent) must be negotiated separately with Scarlet Cardinal Studios, Inc., and may involve additional licensing fees.

While attribution is not required, credit to “Scarlet Cardinal Studios, Inc.” is appreciated in public-facing materials and media mentions.

Scarlet Cardinal Studios, Inc. retains original Media files for a period of 1 year and is not responsible for archiving or storage beyond that term unless under a separate agreement.
