Thank you so much for choosing us to photograph your listing! We’re excited to help you showcase the property at its absolute best. This guide is here to make the process smooth, stress-free, and successful for everyone involved.
Our Goal
We aim to create beautiful, high-quality images while keeping the experience easy, efficient, and safe for everyone.
Getting the Property Ready
A little preparation goes a long way in making your photos stand out!
Lighting

Please turn all interior lights ON before we arrive

Open all blinds, shades, and curtains for natural light

Replace burnt-out bulbs if possible

Turn OFF ceiling fans and TVs
Cleaning & Staging

The home should be clean, decluttered, and photo-ready

Remove personal items (toiletries, trash cans, cords, etc.)

Make beds and clear surfaces
-
Move vehicles from the driveway if possible
Think of the home as "show-ready"—just like it would be for a showing!

​Pet Policy (Safety First!)
We’ve been bitten, scratched, and definitely judged—so while we all love animals, they don’t always love us on a stressful photo day (and honestly, neither do we sometimes).

Please secure all pets before the shoot

This keeps your pets safe and comfortable, and ensures a smooth session
If pets are not secured, we may need to pause, reschedule, or return at a later time.
Scheduling & Timing
We run on a carefully planned schedule to stay on time for all clients.
Please Be Ready
If the property is not ready when we arrive:

We may need to leave and return later...making this awkward for all. Sorry.

A return/trip fee may apply
Running Late?
If access is delayed or we’re unable to start on time:

The shoot may need to be rescheduled

A rescheduling fee may apply

Property Access
Please ensure we have clear and timely access to the property. If you are providing us with a code please day the day before or early morning.
If we’re unable to access the home:

The appointment may be canceled

A trip fee may apply
Safety & Comfort
Your safety and ours is very important.
We reserve the right to leave the property if:

We feel unsafe or uncomfortable

There are unsecured animals
-
Conditions are hazardous
-
It smells. Just kidding. Are you still reading?
If this happens, a return visit can be scheduled with a fee.

No-Shows
If no one is present and access is not provided:

The appointment will be considered a no-show

Rescheduling
Life happens, we get it!

Please provide as much notice as possible (24 hours is appreciated)

Last-minute changes may include a fee
Weather-related rescheduling will always be handled fairly.
Time On Site
Each shoot is scheduled based on the size and services booked.
Delays caused by:

Cleaning

Last-minute staging

Interruptions
may require us to reschedule. Fees will apply.
Image Use & Editing Policy
We take great care to deliver professionally edited images that reflect the property accurately.

Photos may not be altered, edited, or modified after delivery

This includes:

Virtual staging
-
AI edits or enhancements
-
Filters or color changes
-
If additional editing or enhancements are needed, please contact us, we’re happy to help!
Weather Considerations
For exterior shots, weather matters. Especially with drone shoots.
We may:

Reschedule for better conditions

Use light enhancements when appropriate
